Beautiful place
I had an amazing stay here in New York! The place was beautiful, spotless, cozy, and very well maintained. Everything was exactly as described, and I felt comfortable from the moment I arrived. The landlord was incredibly kind, caring, responsive, and always made sure I had everything I needed. I truly enjoyed my stay and only moved out because I had to leave the city for a different job opportunity. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming home!

I highly recommend this place.
I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this spacious house.. From the moment I arrived, I felt safe and well taken care of. The building felt secure, and the host was warm and approachable whenever needed. The place was spotlessly clean, both in the private rooms and the common areas just as advertised. Every room had its own TV and air conditioner, which made it really comfortable and convenient. The entire space is wellmaintained, perfect for a long-term stay. There is public transport close to the house which was very convenient for me. There is beach within walking distance to hang out on weekends.I loved this place. The environment was quiet, calm, and ideal for work or studyI felt productive and relaxed throughout. The landlady was incredibly nice and easily available, always happy to help if I had questions. She made me feel at home. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, spacious, safe, and studyfriendly place. You wont be disappointed!
