Great Stay Highly Recommend
We had a great experience staying at this property. The house was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. Everything was exactly as described, and it made our stay in Indianapolis easy and stress-free. Peter was a great hostvery respectful, responsive, and always available if we needed anything. You can tell he takes pride in keeping the place in good condition and making sure his tenants are taken care of. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable and well-managed rental.

Beautiful, quite, quant home
I'll start off by saying Peter is a wonderful landlord and person. The home is excellent, and as you settle in, she feels more and more like a home away from home. Keep in mind that the house is older so it comes with that territory. Some squeaky floors and smaller closets from way back when, but nothing major. A great, safe area that my wife and I loved during our 18 week stay.

Great location
5021 was a great location for my husband and I, as it was halfway between work and school. I LOVED walking the Monan every day off. Peter was very responsive whenever necessary. The back living room was our favorite spot in the home. Basement steps were narrow, but expected with an older home. Comfy bed and plenty of room for us. Safe area to walk. Great bars / eats within walking distance. Thanks for the accommodations!

Awesome Stay
This was an awesome stay, the home was super clean, located next to everything we needed. We absolutely loved the huge backyard and our host was amazing, went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home.

Wonderful stay in Indy! Best area to live.
I ended up renting this property after another home fell through that was in the heart of the city. I was so thankful that this place was home for 6 months, because it was a much better living environment than anything else would have been. The home was cozy and quaint, with a beautiful backyard for my two pups to play in. The Monon trail was perfectly accessible from the yard. We loved taking walks on the trail and being so close to wonderful restaurants and the Fresh Market grocery. I couldnt have imagined a better place to live away from home! The landlord was always available when I needed something or had any concerns. Great person to converse with and made me feel very welcome. Best place Ive stayed in my traveling career!
