My Home away from Home

In all my travels no one madre me feel more welcome than Miss B. It was like being with family. The apartment was comfortable, clean and super convenient. She even gave me fresh greens from her backyard. Everything worked, and was very modern. I have been a traveling construction superintendent for years and this place was the best. I have moved on unfortunately but if im ever back in Denver it's the only place I want to stay at. I really appreciated the way Miss B. welcomed and made me feel at home in her place..

lovely cozy apartment

Very nice cozy place to stay . Beatrice is super nice and helpful . Highly recommended!

Enjoyed Beas Place

This place was a great place to stay. The area was exceptionally clean and the furniture was comfortable. I enjoyed the backyard scenery it had a perfect zen vibe. I felt very relaxed sitting in the backyard. I am a traveling tax preparer and if I need to return back I will be using Bs Place again.

Lovely Furnished Property

Very nice property and we love the landlord. Welcoming backyard and newly re- modeled kitchen is a plus as well. Super laid back place and great location not far from downtown. We would stay again if available!!

Do not stay here

From the day I moved in it did not feel like our own place. We were promised a private entrance but landlord would enter every day through the back door which was not part of our lease agreement. Property was even dirty when we moved in and not throughly cleaned before. Shower curtain would always fall/ was not secure so we couldnt even take a shower. Landlord came downstairs and took pictures of our stuff while we were both gone and did not give a 24 hour notice or have a reasonable excuse. Do not stay here because you will not feel respected in your own private space. Should not be a landlord/renting out basement if not even going to be considerate of people staying there. Was not even there a full month, do not recommend. Waste of our time and money.

Illegal Conduct/ False Advertisement

B T came into our apartment and took pictures of it which violates our privacy rights. She also left feces splattered all over the toilet when we moved in the bath tub was super gross. She also advertises that it is a private entrance but it is in fact a shared entrance and she comes in and out of that door a few times a day which is very disturbing and gives no sense of privacy. Her cleaning appliances hardly work, vacuum is not good at all and feces was all over the toilet bowl scrubber. I have contacted lawyers over this but I dont believe she should have the right to rent her home if shes going to make it so uncomfortable and unbearable for people.

Nice place

Very nice place, highly recommended!
