This apartment is the best spot in Russian Hill! So close to amazing restaurants and stores on Hyde. The apartment is also super cozy and has all of the amenities you could possibly need!! My partner and I have LOVED living here and Mary is very accommodating and so wonderful! She takes care of all issues within a day or two. The neighbors are super quiet and friendly. Cannot say enough great things about this place!! Highly recommend

Staying here will be the best decision you EVER MAKE!! I stayed in this gorgeous one bedroom for 10 months in 2022/2023 and loved every second of it. It's in the most safe and secure location in Russian Hill with lot of shops/restaurants nearby. It has gorgeous views from the windows (and you can see the Golden Gate Bridge!!). It is also beautifully furnished and has a dishwasher and washer/dryer IN UNIT!! Just when you think you couldn't ask for more, M, the landlord is the most lovely person you'll ever meet, and all of the neighbors are super friendly. This apartment is and forever will be the best place I've lived. I'm jealous of everyone living there after me, so rent it while it's available!!

This property was everything I could have wished for and more for a fully furnished apartment in San Fransisco. The neighborhood felt extremely safe as i was a single woman living in this building. Everything you need is in walking distance. I didnt bring my car and I never once missed it. Some of the best restaurants are just steps away from your front door M is an amazing landlord, very responsive and she is there to help if you need anything. She furnished the apartment beautifully and everything was clean and comfortable. No issues with any appliances The neighbors in the building became my friends towards the end of the 4 months. Everyone looks out for everyone there. If this is available dont hesitate to book it
