Great apartment and location

This is an absolutely amazing place to stay. The apartment is the perfect size and has everything you need for day-to-day living. With your own separate entry, it is very quiet and private. The place has a beautiful backyard garden. It was great to sit and unwind after a long day and to read a book. There is a little extra storage for you to use as well. It is hard to beat the location. Just a few miles from downtown Denver. Within walking distance of Wash Park (an amazing place to go outdoors), shops, restaurants, and bars. The entire neighborhood is a wonderful and safe place to be. The landlord is an amazing person. She is very friendly and helpful if you ever need anything. She gave plenty of advice on where to go biking, hiking, or finding great places to eat. She gives you all the privacy you need and is very quick to respond if there are any issues that you have. I rented here for 9 months and truly enjoyed my stay here. I highly recommend staying in this apartment.

This place is such a cute place to stay! It looks exactly like the pictures. Private entrance, in-unit W/D, amazing outdoor space, and within walking distance to Wash Park! Also within walking distance to my favorite coffee shop (Wash Perk) and other bars/restaurants, and close to all the hospitals in the area! There's street parking, but it's a very nice area and I never had a problem or felt unsafe whatsoever. Bonus if you work night shift because since this place is a basement unit, it stays pretty dark even during the day and also has blackout curtains!! Although it's a basement unit, it's still very quiet at all times. The host, C, is amazing as well! She's extremely kind, very responsive if you have any needs or concerns, but also will respect your privacy and I only really saw her in passing. If I'm ever back in Denver I will definitely be staying here again!
