This cozy and sunny studio apartment in the lovely Potrero Hillis a GEM! This studio has beautiful natural light that shines through amazing ceiling to floor windows! They also provide plenty of fresh air when open. The location is great! There's a lot of peace but very close to neighborhoods with more hustle and bustle to explore. Plenty of spectacular views! Muni stop across the street, minutes from the 101, the BART and Caltrain are close too! Easy to find street parking if you have a car, UCSF Mission Bay is walkable ( about 20 min). A couple of streets down you'll find restaurants/bars, coffee shop, Wholefoods, and local small businesses! The best bodega is across the street:) The people who work there will brighten your day. The property owner offers plenty of privacy and space but is readily available when needed. She is very kind, genuine, and accommodating. It was a pleasure renting from her and I wouldn't hesitate to rent here again!
