Amazing stay!

Carlos was such an amazing host. He was always attentive, kind, and made sure I felt at home during my stay. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests having a great experience. I’m really grateful and would definitely recommend staying here!

100% would rent here again. The upstairs room is LARGE; the bed is a very comfortable queen tempur mattress; there is a nice cross breeze from the windows during mild months, or strong aircon if it's the summer, and good radiant heat with an extra space heater in the cold months. There is plenty of closet space; a small desk for computer work; a mini-fridge and freezer, super helpful for keeping snacks and ready made dishes handy. Paper towels and bathroom items were provided. Trash and recycling get picked up weekly. The park is right across the street from the house, and the hospital is a ten minute walk down the street. The park has hiking and walking trails, a small public golf course, ponds, gazebos, and lovely hillside views. Gas, planet fitness, target, club pilates, orange theory, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Shaw's, BirchTree Baking, Diem Dispensary, ALL THE THINGS are within 10 minutes. Do yourself a favor and save some money and book this rental.

Accommodating hosts, clean/spacious room, smart location

This place was a gem of a find. The family has always been accommodating, open to feedback, and ensured that I felt comfortable. Once in the property, the owner gave me a tour around and I immediately was happy to see some great amenities not included in other places: (1) my own fridge in my room, (2) king-sized mattress, (3) Costco-brand products [great quality] for laundry and cookware, (4) fridge with ice and sink with filtered water. Not guaranteed for all stays, but sometimes if people were on vacation, I would have the whole space to myself and it was very pleasant. The location was also very neat. Being a walk away from the entrance to Green Hill Park was really nice in the summertime, as the lake, ambiance, and jogging trails were beautiful. If you are on the fence about this place and other areas around Worcester, I would lean towards staying with this kind, welcoming family.
