Amazing Place!!

I highly recommend staying here! Michael and Kathleen were amazing hosts and the unit was everything I needed! I kept renewing my rental because it was too hard to beat. Their house is located in a smaller town on a safe, quiet street while still having every store/gym within 10-15 minutes of driving. Michael and Kathleen were very attentive to anything I needed in the unit and made sure to keep me updated on events happening in the city. The unit itself was spacious, clean, and private! I would absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone!

Perfect studio in Sumner, WA

I really enjoyed my time here while I worked at Good Samaritan. Perfect location, clean and safe studio, and friendly and attentive landlords. Would recommend!

Great studio

Great studio apartment. Good storage and private entrance on the back of the house. Parking is easy out front. Very quiet and an easy off-highway drive to Good Sam Hospital. The landlord M lives upstairs and takes great care of the place. Anything wrong is immediately corrected.

Wonderful, welcoming space!

This is a great place! M and K are so thoughtful, quick to respond, and respectful. They are invested in their community and made me feel so welcome! The space is large, beautiful, and private. It had everything I needed and more. A great place to come back and relax. It is within walking distance to many shops and eateries in cute downtown Sumner. Also a great location to explore the Seattle/Tacoma area and outdoor activities! I thoroughly enjoyed my time here- I cant say enough good things about this property!
