Highly recommended!

I would give this more than 5 stars if I could! Patrick is a wonderful, decent and easy going host! The house literally feels like home to me! It is nice, spacious and clean and it's perfectly centered from downtown and the beach 10-15 minutes. The neighborhood is quiet and neighbors are so friendly. Patrick also responds very fast if you need any help.I loved my room, bed is so comfortable, walk in closet, and a tv plus there is enough room in the house if you want to store other stuff. I stayed there for over 6 months and had zero complaints and I would definitely stay there again if I came back to work in this area. I would highly recommend this place if you're looking for a short or long term stay.

Excellent place to live while on assignment and even as a permanent tenant.

An exceptional quiet and safe place to live, the home is extremely clean and organized. I am a Cardiac Sonographer presently doing a contract at Rady Childrens Hospital and I feel very safe at this residence. It is so nice to see neighbors walking or jogging early in the morning or in the evenings. There are shops nearby to purchase necessities and a gas station with a car wash which is very convenient and has good gas prices. I highly recommend this home to other professionals in need of a safe place to stay. If you have any questions, you can call me as well.
