Wonderful stay!

I had such a great experience staying at The Dobson! I'm in graduate school and needed a short term rental while completing my clinical placements. P (the landlord) is so easy to communicate with, and makes your stay lovely! I highly recommend this studio apartment!

Excellent stay in this newly renovated unit!

The unit is newly renovated and has everything you will need. The owner has paid a lot of attention to detail in setting up the place and it demonstrates excellence. The unit has all new appliances and kitchenware. The furniture is comfortable and there is plenty of space for storage. The space is well-lit with lots of natural light and a backyard to enjoy. There is street parking easily available upfront and safe. The unit is close to grocery stores, restaurants and a number of hospital systems. It is close to the beach and downtown Evanston (Evanston is a really nice neighborhood, safe with easy access to Chicago). Neighbors are friendly and helpful. The unit owner is very responsive and made my stay here very comfortable. This is a must-see for a professional moving to North Chicago area. Great value for the price!!
