Village Green Garden Home

Our landlord Amy was very persuasive to help us make up our minds late 2023 while we were having a new house built. And she was right about the home being quaint and such a large grassy yard shaded with trees. Our Westie was in heaven chasing squirrels, chipmunks and occasional deer up trees or out of the yard. Never got tired of daily walks amongst the dogwoods, fall colors, winter snows then spring greens. Amy was so attentive getting maintenance problems fixed asap. The home situated very close to shopping, medical facilities and restaurants, but still off the beaten path for peace and quiet. Planet fitness just a short walk for year round exercise and two community pools available for swimming early morning laps during warm months. Thoroughly enjoyed our extented stay. Thanks Amy!

Perfect House in Heart of Farragut

House located in Village Green close to shopping, schools, parks, and less than 20 minutes from downtown Knoxville. 3 Bedrooms are spacious and its pet friendly. 2-car garage provided ample storage space while we house-hunted. Area is quiet and well-lit. Backyard is large and has many mature trees. Our family of four and 2 dogs enjoyed our 7-month stay. Property Manager Amy was always available. Would definitely recommend!

Great location and fun neighborhood

This house is in a great location in Farragut, TN close to many fun places in west Knoxville. The neighborhood is beautiful and the neighbors are friendly and kind. It is close to many greenways, so it's easy to get in a fun walk/run/bike ride right out the front door. In the summer months, the neighborhood has two (!!) fantastic pools. Very kid and pet friendly. We loved staying here.

Close to everything

Large space with plenty of room. Nice big backyard. Less than five minutes to grocery store.
