Cute and Cozy Stay

I stayed here for 3.5 months and my needs were met at all times. The owners are wonderful and fun! They will make you feel welcome. I never had to worry about anything from my dog to laundry to parking. They are great hosts and go above and beyond to help you! I would recommend to anyone 10/10. Also, the location is very convenient to DT PHX.

Cute comfy casita

My stay at the casita was absolutely fantastic. It has everything you need from eating space, towels, toiletries, kitchenware, smart TV etcI was very comfortable and happy at the casita. The host Meg and Sara are great people and I can tell they put a lot of thought and care into the casita to make sure their tenants are as happy and comfortable as they can be. I couldnt have asked for a better place and a better host along with their cute little dog sweet tea who is friendly and sweet. The location of the casita is great and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. I will definitely come back here if I ever get another assignment in Phoenix.

3 month stay in this awesome casita!

I had a PHENOMENAL experience at this property. M and S, were extremely inviting from start to finish. Meg works from home and is very reachable via text or call which made me feel a lot more secure if anything were to come up in the casita. Pros: It is simple and I had everything I needed. I was always amazed at how efficiently the space is used in the casita. There is a desk by the front door that allowed me to study, table by the front door to eat at, and the kitchenette had everything I needed as a simple cook. Towels, hangers, toilet paper, paper towels, and laundry supplies were all supplied. TV has streaming services ready as well. Their dog Sweet Tea is a 10(ish) pound character that you will inevitably become friends with. Lastly, I always felt safe living here and driving through the neighborhood. Cons: My only complaint as a 64 guy is that the shower was a little small for me. Overall very happy with this property experience. Thank you M and S!
