Do not rent this place. There were so many problems. First of all, this is NOT SANTA MONICA. Second, it was not cleaned well when i moved in. There was dust 2 inches thick on the fan in the room. And it smelled like animal pee from whoever lived there last. The property & yard is a mess. Other room mates moving in and out frequently bc she cant keep the space rented. These pictures shown are heavily filtered and lightened to make the place look cleaner than it is. The owner claims it is private, but tries to micro manage how her tennants live. She pretends to be a friendly person, but will turn her back on you whenever it suits her. Additionally if there are issues, she is very passive aggressive. And will try to give you the silent treatment instead of discussing the problem. She will quote you a cleaning deposit that is non refundable, however upon move out looks for any way possible to keep your deposit. You can definitely get way more for your $$$ elsewhere.
