Our historic 1923 renovated casita studio is nestled into the hillside and surrounded by beautiful landscaping with amazing views. We are tucked away from the hustle and bustle but just a short walk to restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and specialty markets.

Our bright and cozy casita has its own kitchen and bath and french doors that open on to a landscaped patio which is yours to enjoy. There is a terraced backyard...

A cute little studio in a great neighborhood!

I stayed here for three months this past fall and it was a great spot to land and get to know the area. I loved the yard, the outdoor space, and walking around the neighborhood. It's a short walk to so many great restaurants, coffee shops and places to go out at night. Although the space is small, I found that I had everything I needed and Joni and Scott were super welcoming and friendly.

Absolutely Incredible!

I cannot say enough great things about this place! J and S have made the Casita into a beautiful sanctuary that has everything you might need. As hosts, they are the sweetest and most accommodating I could ever hope for. If I needed anything, they were only a text (or a friendly morning hike-and-chat) away. The unit itself is very modern and in great condition, with plenty of storage for all of my stuff - though I didn't need much as it was furnished with everything I would need. The backyard was a great spot to relax on weekends, with these gorgeous terraces, fruit trees and a stunning view at the top! Curbside parking and solo living gave me the perfect amount of privacy and autonomy over the course of my 10 week stay. My only regret is that I didn't get to spend enough time in the Casita as my 9-5 had me busy most of the week! For real - if this place is available, book it right away. I know I will if I'm ever in the LA area again!

Amazing

What can I say, except that this place is AMAZING. I've been a travel nurse for over 3 years, and this property has been hands down my favorite place to stay. The Casita has everything you'll need and then some. I loved the area, never felt unsafe, street parking was never a problem to find. Great restaurants and bars nearby. I found an excellent gym nearby, I highly recommend going to LAKO if you are into fitness. Wonderful hiking spots nearby, and the Casita is close to many LA attractions. I had a short commute to USC Verdugo Hills, where I was assigned. J and S are both very helpful and go above and beyond to accommodate anything that you my need, or questions that you have. Plus, there is a garden in the back of the Casita that is breathtaking. You would be crazy not to book this property if it's available.

Cute and quaint unit!

This casita is perfect for travelers. It was a quick commute to Hollywood, where I was assigned. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The owner is accommodating and overall a great host. It is close to Target and several restaurants. I would definitely recommend and stay again.
