amazing house and host!!!

Christine and Craig quite literally saved our lives. We had a nightmare of a start in Billings where another landlord had scammed us and we had no where to go. Christie met with us the next day and let us move in immediately! We absolutely loved staying here, beautiful neighborhood with big trees that we loved to take our dogs walking in. Our dogs also loved the big backyard! Couldn't recommend this place more:)

Best Rental in Billings!

To say this home will forever hold a special place in our family's hearts is an understatement. My husband and I moved across the country to Billings and we couldn't have gotten more lucky with this house! It is in an amazing neighborhood with an unbeatable location. Over our two years here, Craig and Christie were the best landlords - they treated us like family and took the utmost care to ensure the house was in excellent condition. Don't miss out on this amazing place to call home!!

This home is as perfect as it looks! First, the location is incredibly convenient - walking distance to hospitals, the university and downtown. Beautiful neighborhood, friendly people, and lovely trees surround it. I always felt safe - plenty of parking and easy access to major highways. All the homes are well-kept and many are marked as historic. Second, the home itself is lovely, inside and out. Clean, high-end furniture and everything you could possibly need (including a grill on the back patio!). Every time I came home from a long day/night of work, I felt I was walking into my happy place. Finally, the home owners, C and C, were fantastic! They made sure I was settled in and were available for any questions. They live close by and Id come home to a mowed lawn and beautiful flowers planted out front. I ended up staying for over nine months and didnt want to leave. It felt like home. I cant say enough positive things about my experience staying at this location. I highly recommend it and Im sure youll love it as much as I did!

Wonderful abd welcoming stay

We were in the process of adopting our daughter who was in the NICU at St. Vincents. We had really short notice and needed to find a place that was in walking distance to the hospital as we were trying to continue working while taking care of our daughter while she was still in the hospital. We came across this gem on the corner of Elm and Beverly Hills. The owners were extremely responsive, and within 24 hours we had a place to stay for the month. Everything in our lives was quite crazy at the time, but when we arrived at the house, we immediately were relaxed knowing this was our home away from home and where wed bring our daughter once she was discharged. The house was very clean, plenty of space, updated, and worked perfectly for us and our needs. The neighborhood was perfect - quaint, safe, and friendly. The owners are amazing people, and knowing our situation, stepped in and helped us out significantly. They were always available. They were also very respectful and viewed the house as our home while we were staying there. We would hands down recommend this place if youre searching for a long term rental in Billings!
