Cozy & Quiet
10/10! Multi-family property with separate entrances. Property is cozy & quiet & felt like a home-away-from-home. Great location, very close to both major hospitals. Owners have taken great care pride of this property. I will request this property when I return to Lubbock!

Couldnt ask for better!
Honestly you cant ask for better. this house is a cute older house very homey and easy to settle into. Every thing is within a 10 min drive and Covenant is a 7 min leisurely walk away. Back yard is a nice place to relax after shift. But hands down the best thing about this place is the landlords Mr.J and Mrs. B are the kindest people! When my husband got COVID Mrs.B sent over homemade brownies to help him through it. Mr.J is very responsive and quick to fix any problems that arise not that many have even come up. 10/10 would absolutely be my first call if I ever come back.
