Urban Oasis

I have been renting at this property for multiple months and it has been amazing. If you are working in the SF area, you should be staying at K's place. This apartment is beautiful with a relaxing rooftop deck and elevator. You can basically walk in off the street and everything you need is here. There are so many nice little touches that really make this apartment feel like home. Within walking distance to so many awesome places to eat. I really don't want to leave this place!

Sweet Stay in Little Saigon

My partner & I really loved our stay! K was super helpful & easy to communicate with. The unit was very secure, utilizing the Latch App system for all doors. We appreciated all of her thoughtful touches: ample spices & often-used pantry items in the kitchen cabinets, skin care & toiletry items in the bathroom, a toolbox & vacuum in the utility closet, & more. The kitchen was equipped with high-quality cookware (which we appreciated because we love to cook!) & the living room was comfortable & cozy. We always found street parking right in front & used the Citys parking app to pay (super easy & cheap!), but because of the two-hour limit plus the need to move the car for weekly street cleaning, we ended up renting a space at Trinity Apartments on O Farrell. Our neighborhood faves were the Vietnamese fresh market across the street, the little coffee shop next door, & The Black Cat Jazz Club. It is the Tenderloin, so care is needed, but with street smarts we always felt very safe.
