Incredible place and Landlord

Stayed in this place for almost 6 months and experienced an incredible place and Landlord. The house is so homey and the Landlord (Jay) is so nice and helpful that would help you in all kind of situations. Definitely highly recommended for all types of people with different walks in life particularly to my fellow travel RNs.

Great place for intermediate rental!

I stayed at Ray's home for 3 months. Room and other shared spaces were clean, comfortable, and exactly the same as advertised. Ray was attentive and accommodating. Other housemates were all professionals, friendly, and approachable. I would return, and would highly recommend to others.

Thoughtful Landlord

I had a great experience staying in Jay's rental for nearly a year. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and he was always responsive and attentive to any needs. A reliable and thoughtful landlord-I highly recommend!

Best stay in Orangevale

This property was a wonderful stay. The owner is very attentive and helpful and made my stay feel comfortable as possible. I give it a 10/10, it had everything necessary to make feel like a home away from home, and the hospital, grocery stores, and gym were all close and did not have a problem with traffic. I highly recommend staying here if in the Sacramento area for work.

Great Home Away From Home

The Host went up and beyond to make sure everyone was comfortable and satisfied . A quiet, clean, and safe place to stay while working. I was never made to feel uncomfortable or out of place. I truly enjoyed my 6 months! 5 Star accomodations!

Amazing Stay

I had an amazing stay at J's house! The room was exactly as described - super clean with all the listed amenities (and then some), plus a really comfortable bed! J was an incredible host who was very helpful with anything I needed and had great recommendations for local things to do! If I ever take another contract in the area, I'll hope this room is open!!

Wonderful stay!

J has a beautiful home and was an excellent host during my stay here. The house was very clean and quiet despite other tenants living here. Everyone was respectful toward each others space and privacy, which I greatly appreciated! The room was very clean upon my arrival and was exactly as advertised. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this property to other future tenants!

Comfortable Home

J's home is a very lovely and comfortable place to stay... very quiet and peaceful. Tenants were professional and we all minded our business, but had the opportunity to interact when timing was right. Varied shifts allowed us to come and go as we needed and pleased. Our privacy was an important factor with J, so no extra people were around the home that would interrupt our time nor privacy. And,that was very appreciative. Home was very clean- temp control a little cool. The location of J's home is in a great part of Orangevale.Close proximity to the freeway( I80 and US 50),within 20 minutes to Folsom/Roseville/El Dorado Hills-25 minutes to Natomas,using side streets making some locations easier. I5 and Hwy 99 easily accessible. Close proximity to major shopping allowed the opportunity to get out and about & to see the beauty of the surrounding community w/ walking paths, parks or places just to visit. Local restaurants had great food and ample places to eat n shop--- A+Home

Excellent Stay!!!

J is an incredible host. He was very accommodating, quick to fix any issues that came up and very quick to respond with any questions that I had. The room was absolutely what was promised. Would definitely stay here again!
