great property with a wonderful host.

I stayed here for 4 months. The owner is wonderful warm compassionate person who welcomes you in this well decorated home. The place is tastefully decorated and very well maintained. The property is also at a quiet location which is accessible to all areas.

Great Property

S's property had plenty of room for my girlfriend and I while staying in San Diego for 6 months. Nice 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment with wood flooring. Fully stocked kitchen with access to a pool and hot tub. The community is very quiet as the apartment faces away from the road. My girlfriend worked at UC Hillcrest which was about a 10 minute commute and 25 minute drive to downtown/beaches. 15 minute drive to beautiful hikes in Mission Trails. S'marie was extremely responsive with any questions we had and we had no maintenance issues while we were there. Laundry on complex with an app you can pay virtually, we never had any trouble with the washers/dryers being filled up when we went. The monthly cleaning service is a huge plus!

Great Place

The apartment is comfortable and quiet. All the appliances work, cleaning and cooking tools are all provided as well which is nice. Our landlord was kind and accommodating to our requests from the beginning to the end. Great place and would recommend it anyone looking for a cozy place to stay.

Great Stay!

I rented this property for three months when I first moved to San Diego and it was a great stay. The property had everything that was listed in the add. The landlord was always quick to answer any questions/concerns that arose while I was staying there. The property had 2 convenient parking spots and had great amenities. I would highly recommend staying at this property.
