Spacious, clean apartment with private yard in South Asheville

Cute basement stay

My dog and I stayed at this property for about a month. The landlord, J, is always extremely responsive, helpful and around if I ever needed anything! It has a wonderful fenced in backyard that my dog LOVED. The apartment is cute and quiet!

Best 8 months ever

The property is exactly as described! Its a cozy place to come back to after a long shift! Jennifer and her family are amazing! I never had any issues the entire time I was there, but if I had questions, Jennifer was immediately responsive. I really liked the proximity to Asheville, without being in the city.And the backyard was perfect for my puppy! Id be happy to give a reference!

Great space, Great host, Great location!

I stayed at this property for my very first travel contract, and I truly loved it! It has everything you need, and if you think of something that is missing, J is more than happy to take suggestions and try to provide it for you. She was a wonderful host and gave me lots of privacy while still being available for any of my needs. The back yard was fenced which was perfect for my dog and the location is close to so many restaurants, breweries, and other things to do! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would absolutely stay again if I returned for another contract in the area.
