Great Property!
R is a great landlord - he is communicative, understanding, and helpful throughout our stay. My boyfriend and I really appreciated staying in a gated community, we felt safe. We are also very appreciative for having a 2-car garage as well, since parking in Long Beach can be a challenge. The property itself is very spacious and cozy. The beds and couch are comfortable to sleep/lounge on. The location is great as well - the property is close to various freeways, restaurants, grocery markets, downtown long beach, beaches, etc. Overall, we recommend this property!
