Perfect stay!

S&A were extremely attentive, welcoming hosts and stocked the space with all of the supplies you could ever need! The property is in a quiet, safe neighborhood that's great for walks while still being very close to a variety of stores and restaurants. You will have your own fully private apartment and even a separate fenced-in yard! The space was very clean, spacious, and beautifully furnished. I thought the bed was very comfortable. It's also extremely cat-friendly with two scratching posts and a large cat tree (which my cat absolutely loved!). Despite being a "basement" property, there are lots of windows allowing for ample natural light and fresh air. I could not have asked for a better home or hosts during my stay in NOVA!

Fabulous Fairfax Find!

From day 1 I fell in love with this unit! To start with S&A where super nice and attentive. Having amenities prepared and even some food in the fridge and freezer! The space is well laid out and organized! So comfortable and quiet. The outdoor patio was a nice addition! The unit is just off the main street and just about a mile walk to downtown with resturants, breweries and entertainment! (Commonwealth was my favorite!) Just a 2 mile drive/walk to the Eagle Bank arena with sports games, music and comedy shows! You can't go wrong renting this unit!!!

A great place to stay in Fairfax

S and A are wonderful and very professional hosts. They were so welcoming and they made me feel right at home. Their home is conveniently located near every store, shopping center, or restaurant you could possibly need. The unit has every kitchen item you could think of, as well as laundry and even a back yard! The neighborhood is quiet and I felt safe staying here I will say the bed is not very comfortable. And the trash bin is not easily accessible unless it is trash day. But these are only minor inconveniences. Truly, a splendid housing options for travel nurses. I would stay here again.

The Best of Everything

This rental was a wonderful home for my time in Fairfax. The neighborhood has a quiet feel, but is just off a main road in the city, with many options just minutes away for shopping, restaurants, or entertainment. The unit is secure, and you have plenty of privacy, whether youre a night-shifter sleeping in, or taking a day off to relax in your courtyard. There are many extras like a full-sized fridge, dishwasher, small washer/dryer combo, and a pantry area. S & A are attentive to the little details, and make sure that you have necessities upon arrival like toiletries, snacks, and beverages so you can relax after a long travel day! There is the Metro station close by that will whisk you to DC or either local airport, which is a big help for travelers! Be sure to take advantage of all this area has to offer, with the free Smithsonian museums and passes to visit Congress, as well as tours of the White House, monuments, and other attractions.
