I stayed here for close to 2 months. The neighborhood is clean, quiet and safe. Never had any issues with street parking. There are a lot of residents (men, women and kids) who casually walk around the neighborhood for exercise, which shows how safe it is. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay: blender, air fryer, toaster oven, coffee maker, pots, pans, plates, bowls, drinking glasses, utensils, spatulas, cutting board, can opener, ice cube trays, clothes hangers, etc. The stove works well. There is a lot of storage space: the closet, pantry, cabinets in the bathroom. Vacuum, ironing board and extra towels and linen are provided. Washer and dryer are on site, which is very convenient ($2 to wash, $1 to dry). The washer and dryer are in good working condition. It doesnt take long at all to dry your clothes. Grocery store is a 10-13 minute drive from the apartment, which isnt far at all. Gas, restaurants, fast food are all easily accesible. The freeway is about 5 minutes away as well. Very convenient. Bill, the landlord, will check in on you to make sure youre finding everything okay. He is very attentive. I had a good experience here and would definitely stay here again. I had everything I needed and I was able to come home everyday and relax.

Clean and safe

I stayed at this apartment for 7 weeks. Its located in a safe and quiet neighborhood, and the landlord was very attentive and responsive. The place was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. I would absolutely recommend it!
