Perfect from beginning to end

This casita was completely perfect for my stay! It is located in a convenient and quiet neighborhood. It is well equipped and stocked with everything you need. WiFi is fast and reliable. Bed is comfy. Backyard is fenced and private and the whole place is beautifully landscaped and maintained. The hosts were amazing and so friendly they have become fast friends!! They ensured I had everything I could need during my stay, that the property was always in top shape, and that I felt comfortable and safe all while being respectful and courteous. Highly recommend!

Home away from home

If you are looking for a comfy place to stay, look no further!! I was very lucky to have booked this casita during my stay in Tucson. R was very responsive to me via text and phone calls, and it was a super easy check-in experience. R met me the first day with all kinds of gifts! Exceptionally clean upon move in. It is well equipped - the TV in the living room was nice and had several programs including Netflix, etc. It was nice to use after a long day of work. The bed is comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies. The casita is centrally located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. It is close to several restaurants, bars, shopping, and G-stores. R is always updating the casitas and asks if there is anything he could do to make the stay feel like home. Overall, I feel safe, and the casita is accessible to all the places I want to go. I was unable to complete my contract due to a family emergency, and R was most understanding. If you're looking for a place to stay, I recommend staying here.

Safe and well located.

We spent three months in this very cute and practical unit. It's located in a quiet and safe, semi-private, mini-townhome development, with easy access to Interstate 10 and multitudes of businesses and restaurants. We biked several times a week, and while the mile-long ride on busy streets wasn't ideal, it was such a great resource to have available! Everything basic we needed to live here was included, and the dependable internet and cable TV was appreciated. The owners are very friendly, but leave you alone and only touch down when needed or asked for. If forced to say something negative, I'd point out that it's a bit on the small size and the bathroom layout is more motel-like, so privacy and space is limited, but for a couple or close friends it's not a big issue. We enjoyed it here so much that our plan is to return next year. I have to be careful promoting it too well so it's available for us!

Charming is the right word

I stayed at the casita for 3 days months and it was very comfortable and clean. Just what I needed for my stay. Beds were comfortable ; WiFi and cable available and a lovely backyard I made use of. The owners were very kinds and responsive. Definitely recommend.

Charming

Charming casita is exactly as it sounds! This property is nestled into a friendly neighborhood and close enough to the interstate which makes traveling around the city a breeze. The house itself is very spacious, cozy, and well stocked with anything you might need. The backyard is my favorite of allthe fruit tree and large privacy fence makes for a very serene and private area to relax and unwind. The host was always available for questions and very responsible when it comes to the upkeep of the home. Dog friendly! Overall I am very satisfied with my stay at this property.
