Great experience!
I stayed at in this unit when I came to Denver on a 3-month medical contract. Dan the owner was courteous and was a pleasure to work with. The apartment was newly renovated, clean and was perfect. A great find!!!!

Great Stay
This place is a gem! The kitchen is generously stocked with your cooking and baking needs, the appliances are all very modern & the large windows allow for tons of natural light. D is super responsive and the other tenants in the building were very kind. In the garage we were able to fit a few camping totes, car parts and ski gear along with my Rav4. We wished we could have stayed longer but we're on to our next adventure. We will absolutely be seeking out this apartment when we come back to the city.

5 stars perfect for travelers
The apartment is beautiful, and newly remodeled. Truly miss living here, if it's available don't hesitate. The apartment is stocked with everything you could possibly need. Landlord responds quickly and is always very helpful.The neighbors are kind and it's a friendly place to live that is close to everything! The lawns and gardens are always maintained beautifully. If I get another job in Denver, I would love to stay here again.

Ideal Denver stay!
I cannot say enough good things about this property! The only reason I'm not staying longer is I am returning home to Ohio for the holidays. This building has vintage vibes (in a good way) and is absolutely charming, with a tight-knit neighbor group who are welcoming and kind. The garage is also a huge plus! The location is absolutely perfect, literally across the street from City Park. I will miss my post-night shift sunny morning walks, with mountain views! The unit itself is clean and updated, with an incredible kitchen with tons of space/storage. I was hesitant about the lack of in-unit laundry, but the basement laundry room is extremely close and I never had a problem with machine availability. It's super easy. D is a phenomenal and extremely responsive landlord should you need anything, he is great and experienced in renting this unit to travel nurses so he "gets it" and will work with you on any needs. This is a STEAL for Denver!
