Nathan is the best!

I am not the usual clientele on this site (college student) but let me tell you, N is the absolute best! He let me use his living room TV, PS5, kitchen (along with stocking the bedroom with desk, fridge, and TV as well). The amenities were absolutely amazing. I am still so thrilled I was able to get this sort of living situation for this cheap a price. He is also a really cool guy! Oftentimes I'd come home and chat it up with him or whoever else was home and I always felt relaxed and free to do as I pleased within the house. Truly, thank you N! I had a blast this summer.

Our stay

Hands down the best place we rented since moving to the area. N is the most easy going, friendly, hospitable, and understanding landlord we experienced. His home is modern, clean and has all amenities you need. Shopping for all your needs are close by. Its a quiet, respectful neighborhood. We really felt like it was home and gained a friendship. We recommend this home to everyone!

still here. gorgeous home. great landlord. top of the line appliances (once I learn to use them) lol. Couldn't recommend more. I was thinking of moving downstairs to private bath when available but really not that big of a deal so far. lovely roommates. can't wait to use that back yard!

Comfy w/ all amenities in convenient location!

Feel at home and like family in N's place. Homeowner provides everything you need and the home is well equipped for a comfortable stay. Gorgeous kitchen and large living room for watching tv or relaxing and you will find many high touch finishes throughout the home.
