Great little cottage

This is a great little cottage that is super quiet and has an updated bathroom and easy little kitchen. Large yard out the front door with tons of fruit trees.

Unsettling landlord experience

The house is great. Excellent location. Very close to Stanford, shopping, and restaurants. The park across the street is great too. Neighbors are lovely and locals are nice. That being said, the landlord is overbearing, invasive, and condescending. She locked us out of the thermostat and we were forced to plead for temperature adjustments. She accused us of stripping the fruit trees one week and the next she admitted to taking the fruit herself. She accused us of hiding guests, and trashing her house. She attempted to intimidate us when physically present at the home and via emails after we moved out. If you rent this home, do not expect a refund of your deposit.

Awful landlord!

The house is adorable and a perfect location no complaints about the house. The landlord is obnoxious and condescending. She is too emotionally attached to the place and shouldn't be renting it. She also took a majority of our deposit for excessive damage" which was unequivocally false. Renters beware. I would never rent from her again.
