Nice apartment in a convenient location

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay at this apartment! The landlords were friendly, helpful, and easy to work with, and the location couldnt be betterwalking distance to restaurants, bars, Trader Joes, and the beach. The house was thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials, making it super convenient. While there was no laundry or outdoor space, and the upstairs neighbors could sometimes be heard, these were minor inconveniences compared to all the positives. Overall, its a fantastic spot for anyone looking for a great location and a comfortable stay!

Awesome stay!

This apartment was perfect during my stay in Monterey. Walking distance from downtown (lots of shopping and restaurants and the beach). Short drive to the local hospital. Very convenient location! The couple who rent the place out are very welcoming and friendly. They are on top of things with the apartment and respond quickly to any concern or issue. Would stay here again!
