GREAT Property

Great location to get on the Pinellas trail and also close to Boca Ciega Millennium Park. Both seemed well used if going there solo. The drive to the beaches/Gulf Blvd was easy too and we were there during prime spring break month. Owners communication was also great, even though we really didn't have anything that needed to be fixed or taken care of. Wonderfully decorated. Entire condo complex well maintained. Seemed like a mix of young families and snowbirds (again, we rented in March during FL's snowbird "season" so not sure what it would be like in the summer and fall.

Fabulous condo

I loved staying at this condo during my first travel contract in Florida! The condo was super clean and decorated so nicely. This condo offers everything you could need like close grocery stores, walking/biking trails nearby, pool, gym. I liked that this condo was a gated community. It made me feel safe even while being a female solo traveler. Anything I needed J was sure to respond quickly. I could say so many great things about this place. I truly enjoyed my time here!
