Cozy apartment, responsive property owners

The apartment has everything you need for an extended stay. Very responsive property owners who want to make sure you stay is great. The neighborhood felt safe as a single woman. Convenient access to downtown, and the Vulcan trail nearby is great. Be advised that this unit is downstairs and attached to the upstairs unit. Although there are doors connecting the two, the property owners take the key so that you have a private space. Also note that the AC/heating is controlled by the upstairs unit, so you will not have independent access to adjust the temperature. Overall, this was a great stay, and I really enjoyed my time there!! Would recommend to others!

Private and Safe

My stay was from Dec 24-June 25 while on assignment at UAB hospital. The distance to work was awesome as I didn't have to get on the freeway. The unit was meticulous and amenities were well thought of.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property. The host was very clean and very assertive with answering all of the questions that I had I stayed there a little over a month and a half. I loved that I felt like it was a home away from home. I cannot thank them enough!

Clean & cozy apartment

A very nice cozy clean room stay, either its for school or for work. Its a very quiet and safe neighborhood. Mr G, Tiffany and Iliana will make you feel at home. They are great to be around.

Great stay!

Needed a place to stay in the Birmingham area after a quick living turnaround, and I lucked out with this property and owner! They were quick and easy contact with whatever came up during my stay. Room was well kept, and the bathroom was great in every aspect. The property is in a quieter section of the neighborhood, with plenty of parking space for the cars. Also, it was conveniently located to between work and other important stops around town.

Amazing place! Pick this one!

Incredible stay!! The space is nice and comfortable. I needed a place I could get to my job easily and parking was no problem. All appliances were basically brand new, and they were great people to rent from. Never had any problems there. Thank you!

Amazing stay, great location, and even better people

I have nothing but positive things to say about my stay here. I needed a place to stay for a few months and was fortunate enough to find this unit on Facebook. My stay was fantastic in every way. The host, G, and his wife are among the nicest individuals I've ever met. When I saw them leaving or returning to the house, I enjoyed our little exchanges. They were extremely flexible and ensured that I had everything I needed. They are excellent communicators, and I was always welcome to contact them. The unit is connected to the hosts' home, but it has its own entrance and is fully private. There's plenty of room for 1-2 people, and all of the appliances have been upgraded. The area is charming and conveniently located near grocery stores, campus, the hospital, and a pleasant park. I always felt safe because they have a camera doorbell. I would always recommend staying here.
