Best rental

I had the pleasure of renting this unit for many months during a travel contract and it was the best experience. Lisa is so kind and creates such a safe space for her tenants. She is so respectful and a great host. The house is quiet and clean along with plenty of storage space. It is in a safe neighborhood with nice and helpful neighbors. She cares so much to make sure any needs are met and to keep the property well-kept and comfortable. I highly recommend renting this unit.

So happy I booked with her! Such a comfortable place to stay and an accommodating pleasant host. I had a stressful job while I was in Albuquerque; this home was the perfect place to decompress and relax. The bedroom is cozy, and has everything you need to unwind: big screen smart TV, mini fridg WITH freezer, Keurig coffee machine (for hot chocolate and tea), microwave ( popcorn!) and private full bath with bathtub. The kitchen has everything I needed for cooking meals and even has a convection oven, air fryer, and mixer. Plenty of space in the pantry and kitchen fridge for my food. Now the backyard water garden- SO incredibly beautiful and relaxing. Yes I will be back! 2123

Awesome bedroom stay for traveler

Arriving late, I found the room at Enchantment Properties to be a cozy haven, well-furnished with plenty of blankets and linens. The smart door lock made access a breeze, which was a relief for my late arrival. Conveniently located just a short drive from the airport and within easy reach of my workplace, the property proved to be an excellent choice. During my Christmas stay, the owner's thoughtful touch of a small tree and decorations added a festive charm. The kitchen was impressively equipped with modern technology, and the fast internet easily handled Zoom calls and streaming. For anyone in need of a room in ABQ for an extended period, I highly recommend Enchantment Properties. As an added delight, I had the pleasure of meeting the friendly cat, who turned out to be a snuggler!

Amazing stay!!!!

Where to start...this has been the most amazing experience! L is not only a host but is now a life time friend. She is kind, considerate, and thoughtful. The house is clean, bright, and private. You have your own little nest with your room and private bath. The property is beautiful, safe, and secure. I'm a female travel nurse and was concerned about coming to Albuquerque, hearing about the crime rate but this house is the BEST! It's in a safe, secure, quiet established neighborhood where you know your neighbors. I always felt like I was coming home, not to just a room. And for someone traveling alone that really meant something to me. Definitely worth the money friends! I wish I could stay longer, I LOVE it here!

Wonderful Stay

I ended up extending my stay because L (and Kia the kitty and the house) was so very welcoming and kind. I was able to get my work done, go hiking, and have a comfortable home to go to. I would stay here again in an instant.

Awesome stay comfy bed and private bathroom

It was a great stay . The room had everything I need ,comfy bed mini fridge, keurig coffee maker and TV . L communicate was amazing and very helpful since the beginning, she available at all times whenever I had any questions. Totally recommend it, although its a quiet neighborhood.

Quiet, CLEAN, Amazing

Wonderful house with secure parking and quite neighborhood. I worked night and was able to sleep during the day no problem. Terrific and accommodating housekeeping staff that worked with me concerning my kitten that is now traveling with me. I'll stay here again if available. Great value for the rent and I had the entire house to myself. Everything included and modern updated appliances. Great outdoor space for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. Lots of walking trails I took advantage of while I was there.
