New private 1,000sf house with outdoor space. Large open living room and kitchen with all appliances including laundry. There are two markets and lots of restaurants within walking distance. The beach has a wonderful walk/bike path and is a short distance away. The neighborhood is safe and positioned between Belmont Shores "2nd Street" and 4th Streets "Retro Row".
The neighborhood is surrounded by grocery stores, restaurants and bars. It is walking distance to the beach.
Highly recommend!!
The home was great and so comfortable!! It had all you needed and in a great location! Landlords were super nice and always available when needed! Would definitely stay again.
Awesome place
I had a great experience staying here for 3 months. The place was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout my stay. It had everything I needed, and it truly felt like a home away from home. Jeff and Carly are amazing hosts, they were attentive and helpful.
10/10 Highly Recomend! We couldn't have found a better place to stay during my travel RN contract
The house was impeccably clean, renovated, beautifully decorated & stocked with everything you may ever need. The beds were extremely comfortable, the house was quiet & we slept great each night. The showers had great water pressure. The house does not have AC but it was not an issue at all & we stayed during the summer - the house has great airflow. The neighborhood was safe & super walkable- just 1.5 miles to the beach. There is a bike path and bike rental just a block down the street that we used often. No issues finding parking- furthest we had to park was a block away. Long Beach was the perfect location - just a short drive to LA & OC. I worked in Torrance which was about a 30 minute drive. J and C were the upmost greatest landlords, very friendly, respectful to our privacy, & gave us many recommendations for Long Beach. They also have the cutest and most well behaved 2 dogs, cat and tortoise that we got to love on during our stay. We wish could have stayed longer!
