Great host but wouldn't recommend house
My family stayed at the house for about a week. The owner is very kind and responsive but we did end our stay within a week (we had planned on staying for 2 months). The pros of this house is that it is spacious and the master bedroom and bath are very nice. The cons are that it's hard to cool the front part of the house, the house wasn't cleaned well (I.e. visible dirt under beds, etc.), and there are lots of daddy long leg spiders and large brown spiders (look like wolf spiders/ we killed 3 in 2 days.)

I will be back!
This house is cozy and very spacious. Any problem that arose was taken care of immediately. The LL has outstanding communication and the list she left was great. Be careful of the step down into the living room. I forgot it was there a few times and almost fell. The beds and couch are comfortable. The back yard is private and there is a hammock and chill area. I will be back to the area and intend on renting it again!
