Great property, awesome landlord

This property is exceptional. The property is nicely furnished and extremely well maintained and clean. It is in a very convenient and safe neighborhood in Athens and has plenty of parking. The neighborhood itself is quiet & well maintained. We stayed for over 3 months while were selling our house elsewhere and arranging to move to Athens. Keith, the landlord, went out of his way to be kind, helpful and was solicitous about us and the condo during periods of bad winter weather. Everything worked perfectly in the well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. He was kind enough to re-arrange the furniture to set up a desk for my use. He was pro-active in making sure our stay was perfect. This was a truly great solution if you find yourself needing furnished accommodations during an extended stay in Athens. I can't say enough good things about this property.

Extra Comfy Athens Condo

My girlfriend and I had an amazing stay at this condo! The space was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The three bedrooms and two full baths provided plenty of space for everyone, and the quiet cul-de-sac location made it feel like a peaceful retreat while still being close to Five-Points and all the great spots in Athens. We especially loved the fully equipped kitchenit had everything we needed, from a Keurig for our morning coffee to an air fryer for quick snacks. The washer and dryer were also a great convenience during our stay. The whole place had a cozy, homey feel that made it easy to unwind after exploring Athens. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would absolutely stay here again. If you're looking for a comfortable, well-appointed place to stay in Athens, this condo is a great choice!

Great Location

My wife and I stayed here for three months while we looked for a house to purchase in the area. Condo is nice and owner does a great job of keeping everything clean and functional. It's also located in a great area if you like to walk as it's walking distance from a park with walking trails and a small city zoo. Just far enough from the center of the city to be quiet while still being close to food and shopping. We had absolutely no complaints and the owner was great; he let us extend our original stay by a month while we were waiting for the closing on our house. Thanks K!
