Exceptional Rental Experience

In October 2024, I was searching for a short term rental and found Otelo and Cindy’s property on Furnished Finder. I ended up staying for 17 months. Throughout my entire stay, they consistently proved to be respectful, responsive, honest, and genuinely welcoming. I am moving to a different area due to work, but I highly recommend staying at their property. They are exceptional landlords who truly care about their tenants.

Great place for Travelers

The owners are very kind and attentive, the neighborhood is quiet and the property has everything I needed as a healthcare traveler. Would definitely look them up again if I return to the area.

I loved staying here

I lived in this beautiful studio for 6 months. C and O are super kind and welcoming! They helped me with the move in and then later with everything I needed, including extra pots/pans, trash cans, etc. The rent is reasonable and everything youd need is within 5 miles. Walmart and Aldi are at a walkable distance. Very safe neighborhood. Overall a great place to stay at.

Exceptional rental and owners

The owners and rental were exceptional! Large bedroom with comfortable king size bed, hot plate, refrigerator, coffee maker, and other small appliances, dishes and everything you need to make meals. Desk and chair for using my laptop. Private and secure entrance. Private bathroom with tub and shower. Washing machine and dryer. Very quiet household. Owners are really nice, welcoming and go out of their way to make it a homey experience. Aldi, Walmart, Target and HEB close by. Lots of restaurants too. Safe neighborhood and well lit. I would definitely rent from them again! Also, much lower rent than many comparable rentals.

Stay in Houston

This was my first time in the US and in Houston. This is a beautiful property close to grocery stores and the HCA Northwest hospital where I rotated. You get your own private room, bathroom and entrance. The room has a desk and chair, a TV, fridge, and a stovetop. It was very nicely decorated and you feel at home. The hosts are very warm and kind. Highly recommended.
