Great Stay

Stayed for three months on this property. It was a wonderful stay. The place was clean, spacious, and had a nice outdoor sitting area. The location is less than a mile from City Park, 1 1/2 miles from downtown and a 1/2 mile from the fairgrounds. Only a 2 mile drive to Frenchman St to hear that great New Orleans jazz. There were numerous quality restaurants within walking distance. Janet, the host, was very responsive to any minor issue that may have shown up. A very warm and pleasant person. I can only say that Janet and the property exceeded all of my expectations. I highly recommend this place for any length stay.

Perfect stay

We spent three months in this apartment and it was very spacious, comfortably furnished and well equipped. The neighborhood was perfect. It is convenient to the Bayou, the Greenway and City Park. There are several excellent restaurants nearby, many within easy walking distance. The landlord was extremely responsive and everything about the unit was well thought out. We would contact Janet again for any future stays in Nola.

Feeling right at home

Located in a beautiful and historic neighborhood, this rental had everything we needed to feel right at home. The neighbors were so friendly(even invited us to their family crawfish boil!). From the moment I step inside the apartment, I was impressed by the attention to detail. The house was fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen equiptment, washer and dryer, and high-speed internet access was especially nice. The furniture and beds were super comfortable. Their was plenty of storage space.One standout feature of this rental is the location. Its a charming and walkable neighborhood, and you are just minutes from some great restaurants, cafes, and music. The Greenway and Bayou is within walking distance. There is a farmers market every Thursday with amazing local foods, fish and fruits. Overall, I would highly recommend.
