10/10! This is by far the greatest experience I have had with fully furnished apartments during my time in Louisville! The apartment has everything you need and is very neat and clean. The Landlord is awesome and very responsive which is a huge plus!

I had the pleasure of staying here and I cant speak highly enough about the experience. From the moment I booked, Todd was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. The property itself was extremely clean and had everything you need. It was evident that a lot of care and attention had gone into ensuring the space was spotlessly clean and welcoming. I would love to stay at one of Todd's properties again!

H This is my first time renting from furnished finders and I have to say it has been a great experience. The landlord Todd is great to work with and is very understanding . If I need anything or have any issues he is quick to get things done. The apartment is very clean and came with plenty of amenities. (Towels, wash rags, dishes, vacuum, paper towels, toilet paper and some cleaning supplies, etc.) The neighborhood is quiet and in a great location. I feel safe staying here and I would definitely rent from Todd Again.

VERY GOOD HOST. apartment was well maintained and T is very pleasant landlord . i never had issues and it was an easy commute to work downtown at Jewish hospital. neighborhood is quiet and private. would definitely recommend ..

Amazing Stay

My fiance and I are travel nurses who took an assignment at U of L Hospital Downtown and we found this place and have had absolutely no complaints. The place is clean and comes with many amenities that are useful to us since we are traveling from FL. Todd the landlord is very accommodating as well as easy to reach for any little thing. The location of the apartment is also in a very quiet and safe area which is another plus. Would definitely recommend staying here if you plan to travel nurse in Louisville.

Great place to stay

Property is very clean and spacious. Landlord is very responsive to any concerns. I work night shift and was able to sleep well during the day. Quite and nice neighborhood. Definitely would recommend this apartment if you need a place to stay!
