Unit is exactly as pictured, so cute and thoughtfully decorated. Wonderful location. Access to everything. Katherine is an incredible unit-owner. She was so helpful when I had to extend my stay. She responds quickly to inquiries. She has a great handyman, and also had the unit cleaned for me throughout my stay. Very committed to the comfort of her tenants. Highly recommend any of her units.

Everything I Was Looking For!

The cutest studio that made me feel like it was a home away from home! The thoughtfulness of the interiors of how it was decorated and the Ninja air fryer was such a nice touch Anytime there was an issue with the studio, K and her husband were so accommodating and so lovely to help me out with whatever came up. Theyre such sweet, caring people, definitely my favorite landlords to date. Clean and beautiful, it had everything I needed for my stay in SD along with being so quiet despite being right next to the freeway it was also so close to everything in North Park. Would definitely stay here again FOR SURE.

Cute & Comfy!

This was my first travel home and Im so grateful I found it! K is such a gracious host and was always so easy to get a hold of for whatever I needed. The location is great as its so close to the highway and next to all the fun spots North Park has to offer. I had everything I needed with this unit and the cute boho style was only a plus! This neighborhood is quite and perfect for night shifters who are sleeping during the day! I would definitely recommend this property to any single travelers looking for a place.

Amazing and Central Location!

This unit was everything we could ask for from the stunning decoration to the storage and in a convenient location! Having my own washer and dryer is a major plus. I would have stayed here as long as possible if I could work remotely permanently! Highly recommend checking this unit out even if its for a short stay you won't regret it!
