Excellent stay

We had a great few months staying in this home. Such a great location, close to downtown and fun neighborhood. Carey was a great host and so inviting to us and our dog. We loved the availability of the outdoor space and garage. The apartment was nice and cool all summer for us. Would definitely recommend!

Great Stay Highly Recommended!

We stayed here for a month and had a great experience! The bathroom has a spacious shower with great water pressure and a small window for ventilation. Plenty of towels and storage space. The kitchen is incredibly well-equipped with an electric stove, microwave, oven, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, plates, glasses, silverware, and more! The living area is cozy, with a TV connected to the internet and Netflix. It can get chilly, but Carey provided heaters. The bed is firm but comfortable, and the closet has plenty of space. Parking includes a covered spot and lots of free street parking. The neighborhood is safe, with restaurants and breweries nearby. The internet was flawless for remote work. Carey was an amazing host, always responsive. Her friendly dog was a plus, but theres a gate if needed. Highly recommended!

1br/1b basement apt

It's been so nice to have a garage space during my time here. C has put thought into the various items it takes to have a nice kitchenette without having a stove. The hot plate w induction pans and pot has been very helpful to keep me cooking a bit. She had a nice, updated window installed in the kitchen area during my stay. At the beginning of my stay, I mentioned it would be nice to have more cabinet space and she had a new counter top w cabinet space installed. Her dog is the best. I feel like even people who aren't too big on dogs can easily fall in love w him.

Great location!

I'm currently renting out the basement apartment but have been in the upper part of the house plenty of times with the property owner. The kitchen is very nice as is the rest. Very nice to have a garage space! Property owner, and her dog if you're fortunate enough to meet him, are great. She is communicative, honest and friendly.
