Phenomenal Place!!

Had such a wonderful experience staying at Asako's beautiful studio. I can't say enough good things about Asako. From the first day, she was very responsive, professional, thoughtful, and very accommodating. What really stood out was how much she cared about her tenants’ experience. Communication was always clear and timely, which made everything—from move-in to move-out—smooth and stress-free. The studio is fully-furnished, so you'll have everything you need. It's well-maintained, and exactly as described. Parking was always readily available. Asako takes great pride in keeping the space comfortable, and in excellent condition. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Asako's beautiful studio to anyone looking for a positive, hassle-free living experience. I’m very grateful for my time here!

Awesome Fully Furnished studio apartment

Absolutely enjoyed my stay here! The studio was fully furnished with everything I needed, since I did not bring anything with me for the couple months I stayed. It's a very comfortable space, and a quiet place in the back. Parking was always available, whether I was working nights or days. Asako is an awesome landlord, and always available if anything came up. She takes very good care of the property, and may even bring baked goods to you. Thanks again for a great stay!!

Amazing!

I truly enjoyed my year-long stay here! The studio came fully furnished with everything I needed, making the move-in process effortless especially since I was moving from SC. It's a very comfortable space, and the massage chair was a game-changer after long days at work. Asako is, hands down, the best landlord I've ever had. She is so kind, respectful, responsive, and always available if anything came up. I even traveled here without my car and she was always willing to take me to the grocery store, etc. You might even catch her making delicious baked goods and getting to sample those. I genuinely wish I could stay here forever!

Amazing Stay

I had a comfortable and amazing stay!! The host is incredible and always present if you need it. The studio is big and has everything you could need for your stay. Theres always parking available and a bus stop nearby. Absolutely recommend!

Wonderful Stay: Quiet Neighborhood, Easy Access

A is a wonderful host; it was immediately clear that a lot of thought and care had been put towards guests' comfort as soon as I moved in. This is a great, quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking. I enjoyed going for evening runs and found I was able to bike to nearby North Park and Normal Heights. I was able to work from home with relative ease (I found that zoom video was a little taxing on the wifi, but I could screen share and run code)! Commuting to downtown and other neighborhoods was extremely easy. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get familiar with San Diego!

Great San Diego Stay!

A. is incredibly kind and knowledgeable about everything there is to do in San Diego. She is always available for questions or any concerns about your stay and is always transparent. I highly recommend staying with her if youre new to the area!

Restful Studio

I highly recommend this property! A is kind, respectful and an accommodating landlord. It is a lovely and very clean spot. I was able to rest and get my sleep in this not only quiet, but safe and secure neighborhood. It was nice to come home after a long shift and not have to search for parking. The animals are friendly and were never a problem, as I mostly saw them while I was coming and going. I did not have any issues, and everything was organized from the key set down to the appliances. Overall, it was a peaceful and wonderful stay!!

Perfect Studio!

If I could give this place and A more stars I would! This studio has everything you need, and the landlord is phenomenal. The place is extremely quiet. There is street parking, but only twice was my normal parking spot at the end the driveway taken, and when that happened A had me park in her driveway. I never felt unsafe there. I worked at Rady Childrens and the commute to work varies depending on traffic. At best I could get to work in 12 minutes, at worst 24 minutes. I had zero issues while I was there. Pets do live on the property, but youll never see or hear them unless youre at the main house. The studio has all you need, is safe, parking next to house, clean, quiet, and a good landlord.
