Extremely welcoming, cozy and friendly/safe location.

My partner and I, with our two dogs stayed here for 3 months while on an assignment. The hosts are super friendly, very responsive if you have questions or needs, and create a really relaxed environment, which is really helpful when being in a new place (especially with dogs). The apartment is on the lower floor with an entrance in the back with a fenced area, and there is plenty of parking on the two streets that have access to the property. We had two cars and never struggled to find parking. If you want a super friendly and safe neighborhood, that's walking distance to stores, this is perfect. We walked to Green Lake often and places to eat regularly.
