The perfect Wallingford Stay

Ian and Liisa are super gracious hosts with a wonderful little home in wallingford that has an amazing kitchen and pretty much everything you need to make yourself at home. My partner and I stayed here for 4 months while we were in-between relocating to Seattle and finding a longer term lease. We enjoyed the neighborhood, how close it is to the Burke Gilman trail for biking and running. And how close to the university district and 45th street restaurants it is. The place itself is super cute and cozy, great furnishings, comfy beds, and a kitchen with everything you need to fully cook. We had no issues during our stay and would highly recommend this spot for longer-term monthly stays.

Cozy stay in Seattle

Extremely responsive hosts in a lovely, quiet Seattle neighborhood with easy access to public transit. The house was comfortable and clean, with a fully stocked kitchen (even an Instant Pot but no blender), which made cooking easy. There is a lovely porch to enjoy sitting on in the mornings or evenings. Parking was simpledriveway space plus plenty of street parking. Note that only one bed appeared to be a queen and the other a full. Overall, a smooth, convenient stay. I would definitely book again.

Lovely stay in Wallingford

I had a wonderful six-week stay in this quiet, comfortable rental with a fantastic kitchen that made cooking a pleasure. The neighborhood was lovely, and the owners were incredibly friendly and quick to respond to any questions. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Seattle!

Amazing Wallingford Stay!

We loved staying at Liisa and Ian's place! The house is beautiful, cozy, and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is quiet while also being walkable to many shops, restaurants, and bars. Liisa and Ian were great hosts and always very responsive. Would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful Wallingford Stay

L's and Ian's home was our summer getaway in Seattle. Extremely cozy space, responsive hosts, excellent location. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to experience all that Seattle has to offer.

Loved it!

Great location! Super close to UWMC. Home had two bedrooms, and one was absolutely perfect for Night Shift. Kitchen stocked with everything you could need. Plenty of street parking as well as a parking garage. Landlords were very responsive and accommodating.

Cozy, Colorful Bungalow

This property was everything my roommate and I needed for our stay in Seattle. Two bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, and everything felt very homeynothing like empty rentals where everything feels sterile. We felt like we were visiting distant relatives (in the best of ways), and L and I were very responsive to anything we needed. There was even a guidebook to help us adjust to living in the space. The area itself is very safe. We never had any safety concerns, and we felt comfortable walking into Wallingford to get food, go to stores, etc. Wallingford has great food and grocery options, lovely boutiques, and even a new bookstore. And of course, it is also home to one of the famous Dicks burger joints (literally only steps outside the front door). Overall, it was a great experience. We booked this place last minute, and it was such a lucky find. Id recommend L and I's place to anyone looking for a perfect home base with easy access to all Seattle has to offer!

A lovely and Livable Home!

We loved our stay at this beautiful Wallingford home! Its within walking distance of shops, great restaurants, parks and all that this neighborhood has to offer. Its a lovely and cozy home with lots of elegant touches. We especially enjoyed drinking our morning coffee on the front porch and relaxing in the calm quiet Wallingford atmosphere. We would highly recommend this rental and look forward to our next stay!!
