I loved it here!

I truly couldn't have asked for a better housing accommodation during my time in Memphis. Jane's property was clean, comfortable, and cozy to say the least. The location of her property placed me in walking distance of numerous restaurants and stores, and less than a 10 minute drive from gas stations, grocery stores, eateries, and other necessities. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, making me feel comfortable in a new city. It's also very close to the hospitals- my commute to work was less than 10 minutes even with traffic. On top of such a great accommodation for living, Jane was an amazing host. She was very kind, welcoming, and responsive. I would surely stay here again if I'm ever in the Memphis area. I highly recommend!

I recently stayed here near Overton Square, and it was a fantastic experience. The location is unbeatable-just a short walk to Overton Park and all the great restaurants and entertainment spots in Overton Square. The apartment itself was incredibly comfortable. The bed was perfect for restful nights, and the kitchen was newly updated with everything I needed to prepare meals. One unexpected highlight was the shower-amazing water pressure that made mornings so refreshing! The space was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully set up for guests. I highly recommend this place for its comfort, convenience, and charm.

wonderful place to stay

This is a great little house with everything you need to be comfortable. Very well stocked kitchen to be able and cook all you want if you'd like and an abundance of bedding to choose from. The location is perfect with in walking distance to plenty of restaurants and the park. The neighborhood is very safe and centrally located to Memphis making a drive to either end of the city only 10min. Property owner is a lovely person and very considerate of any needs you may have during your stay. I would highly recommended.
