So, our review is a little different... We (wife and I) showed up on the 1st day to move into this great little apartment only to find that the city of Burien was drilling on the road next to the rental. Turns out that the City drilled into a pipe in the street that rendered this apartment unlivable for a period of time. Affected the whole neighborhood. We had not even spent a night in the place yet and we were in desperate need of a living situation. With all that the landlord had to deal with at that moment, he took time to immediately find us another rental through Furnished Finder! He called several other places to see if they had availability for us. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us and took care of us first. If you're looking around this area and stumble upon this apartment, please know that this landlord will take great care of you! With all the different situations out there in the rental world, its nice to know you can trust this landlord! R & D B
