Great location

I stayed at this rental for 6 months with my dog while working at Watsonville Community Hospital and I had a great experience. This is a split level home and I stayed in both the top and lower unit during the 6 months I was here and really enjoyed the location. It's a very safe neighborhood that's about a 10 minute walk from the beach (which is off leash dog friendly). The owners are fantastic and super easy to communicate with. When they were in town they invited me to hang out with them often which made me feel like I had a 2nd family away from home. Some of the neighbors were also great and I was able to find a dog walker a few houses down for cheap to help watch my dog which was awesome. I'd definitely recommend this place for someone looking for dog friendly housing in a quiet neighborhood. It's not very close to Santa Cruz or nightlife if that's what you're looking for though. There is some noise that can be heard between the two units but nothing major. I'd recommend 5/5
