Avoid this Rat Infested Place

Avoid this rat infested, run-down, over-priced rental in need of repair! Pet fur covered the sofa, carpet, curtains & pillows. Strong urine odor from the stained floor coverings. The host’s response to rat noise was to send someone to add more traps. Rat noise continued nightly for most of the 30 days I occupied the place. It came from the plumbing & the walls next to bed. The shower is a nightmare including poor drainage. The heat pump louder than a chainsaw. Parking & access were very challenging. Most of the furniture is aged & damaged. Electrical systems seem stretched with flickering lights & extension cords everywhere. Smoke alarm doubtful. The host is very slow to refund the deposit. As of this writing it has been thirty-three days with no refund.

Charming, craftsman cottage

This property is absolutely perfect. Every detail is covered by the owner. It is such a warm and inviting space that met all of our needs.i am looking forward to booking with S again very soon. Her hospitality is as perfect as this cottage. I feel in love with all the extra touches that made the stay so comfortable.

Awesome Place to Stay!

I found this quaint cottage/apartment to be well furnished with all of the amenities that I needed. It was clean and very well apportioned. The bed was very comfortable, the location was quiet and tranquil, and it was within 20 minutes from all the great things that San Diego has to offer. My hat's off to the property owners, S and M. They were gracious hosts and very quick to help out with any needs that came up during my 4 month stay. I would most definitely try to stay here again next time I visit San Diego.

S was wonderful to work with. Extremely flexible and accommodating. Not only was she professional, but so friendly and welcoming even beyond staying there. Could not have had a better experience! 10/10 recommend.

Earnestly Enjoyable

S and M are excellent hosts and provided everything we could have needed during our stay. Very responsive people and would stop at nothing to assist their tenants. The home was fitted with almost every detail in mind. Sweet location within a reasonably healthy walking distance to the town center and friendly neighbors. Would recommend and stay again sometime, 100%.
