Beautiful Unit, Beautiful Location, Beautiful People

I had an outstanding stay at this Furnished Finder unit in Ballard. The place was spotless, the layout was smart, and the kitchen was genuinely well-appointednot the usual bare-bones setup you sometimes see. The AC ran ice cold, which was a lifesaver in the warmer weeks. The master bedroom with an attached office was perfect for remote work, and the guest room was a great bonus. Both beds were extremely comfortable. The outdoor space was another highlightideal for grilling or just relaxing outside with some fresh air. The hosts were exceptional. Any small issue was handled immediately and with real care. After meeting them, any hesitation I had evaporated; theyre simply great people who clearly take pride in making sure guests have a solid experience. The location is unbeatablewalkable to everything Ballard has to offer. Id absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Lovely Ballard home!

M and T were amazing landlords! The space that they created is so homey and in a beautiful neighborhood of Ballard. Our stay was from April to July. As it crept into the summer months, they installed the AC unit which was great to have. Their property is within walking distance of so may great restaurants, cafes, stores, and bus stations. The unit felt spacious and comfortable, it was a great home base for commuting downtown and exploring all that Seattle has to offer. M and T were very communicative and personable--my roommate and I highly recommend renting with them!

Amazing Stay!

This was truly such a great apartment that felt like home for 3 months. The location is perfect and quiet. The place is stocked with everything you could need. And the landlords are great people who were thoughtful and accommodating. If we ever return this would be the place we want to stay again! Highly recommend.

Highly recommend!

The perfect place to stay! Lived here for 3 months with my roommate and we really enjoyed our time. It is perfect for any travel health care workers, and the quiet neighborhood is ideal for night-shift workers. There was plenty of room for both of us and the condition of the apartment is great! The location is an ideal spot, with options to walk to dining/entertainment, as well as a decent spot when trying to explore other areas of Seattle. I have nothing but good things to say about this apartment!

Lovely home!

I lived in this home with my family of 4, for about 8 months. There is plenty of space, everything works and the condition is excellent. The location gives many options for dining and entertainment, the neighborhood is safe, and M (and family) were so accommodating and understanding of our needs throughout our stay. I can only say positive things.

Loved staying here!

We really enjoyed our stay at this home! M and T were great landlords and always available to answer any questions. They also brought us fresh crab one night for dinner! The house is in a great neighborhood and an easy walk to a bunch of great restaurants and shops along with an amazing farmer's market on Sunday. The home is spacious with a lot of storage and a nice setup. The beds and couches were all very comfortable. We highly recommend this property!

This is a fantastic place to stay if youre traveling to Seattle! Perfect location for food drinks and everything Ballard. Very focused, kind and accommodating landlords. They offer high quality appliances, floors, countertops, and furniture. The home is very clean and brightly lit with beautiful large windows all around. Its a place you really cant pass up!

M and T are absolutely amazing, great communicators and quick to address any concerns or issues. The home is in a perfect location to walk to shops, restaurants, grocery stores and the bus lines. Takes about 5 minutes to get to the main bike path and I rode my E-bike to work and Golden Gardens often. We had everything we needed for basic living and kitchen supplies. The space was filled and well decorated so I felt right at home during my travel assignment. The noise levels were doable and my roommate and I had no issues sleeping during the day (night shift life). The neighborhood stayed quiet at night and far enough from main strips that you can't hear the commotion. I would 100% rent from them again if I come back to Seattle! Highly recommend this property.

Great place!

Love this place! M and T were amazing hosts and very accommodating. We had no issues with the space whatsoever. It was very cozy and I felt like I was at home. Everything was up to date, they had an AC/heat in-unit, and in-unit laundry. They also had heated floors in the bathroom - what a dream! The back patio was so nice for those nice summer days. The location was very convenient and about a 10 minute walk to downtown Ballard with amazing and cute restaurants/cafes in addition to cute shops. The neighborhood was safe and I had no issues with neighbors. I would 10/10 live here again!

Amazing stay

My roommate and I had a wonderful time staying here! M and T are great hosts, very communicative and kind. They were sure to help us with anything we needed including printing out tickets for me to a show I had bought when I didnt have a printer! The location is awesome-central to everything in Ballard. The neighborhood is very walkable and we really enjoyed all the restaurants and shops in the area. The place is clean and has anything you could possibly need. The back patio and grill were a plus, we enjoyed hanging out here during the summer. This home was perfect for me as I am a traveling nurse working nights-it was very comfy and quiet but there are awesome spots to check out just a short walk away. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great stay.
