Peaceful Mountain cottage, fantastic view

Absolute Dream

During my year tenure with the hosts, surrounded by God's nature, was devine. I can not understate the area, views, and charm which is a complete package in a stay where you will feel you are on vacation everyday. I stayed a year while working at UVA, and when 30 minutes seems a lot, the quick trip across 64 is much more inviting (opposed to 29 traffic). Waynesboro has most everything you will need and is just a short drive over the mountain. For your own personal slice of heaven, do not hesitate to book this tremendous stay. The hosts are undeniably the kindest, most welcoming I have had on my tenure as a travel nurse of 6 years now. If you are on the fence, go and SEE what you could be missing - I promise no restaurant or bar is worth waking up to those immaculate views

Home away from home

I stayed at this cabin for a whole year (July '22-'23) while working a contract at Augusta Health and I felt so lucky to have found it! It is so cute and cozy and has everything you need to be comfortable. And nothing beats waking up to those views! It has an amazing view of the mountains and valley below, it's so close to excellent hiking trails including Shenandoah NP, and the neighborhood is so lovely and peaceful to walk around as well. It gives you a great feeling of privacy but also safety, while also being a super quick drive to Waynesboro and all the scenic roads around including Route 151. The landlords are also so kind and attentive and make sure you have everything you'll need to have a nice, comfortable stay. I was honestly so sad to leave! Make sure to check this place out, you won't regret it!
