Nice big apartment, great landlords

This condo is great! The property is clean and very spacious overall, and has a ton of natural light. The 2 patios were super nice too! Everything there was well stocked, and there was even a nice standing desk. Kevin & Chris were very helpful and communicative, and they made sure any maintenance issues got resolved quickly. The complex itself is quiet and decently well-kept. We saw some homeless people outside the complex pretty regularly but never felt unsafe. A couple things just to make future renters aware: we almost never heard any of our neighbors, but we could smell their smoke very often, especially in the kitchen. We'd typically just open windows and use fans to clear the air. Also, the complex seems to have some issues with water pipes - during our time there, they had to shut off water to the entire complex for repairs 3 times. This was never up to Kevin or Chris of course, but the complex management. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it!

Great place!

The condo is clean, bright, and spacious. The landlords are professional and super responsive. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was thoughtfully provided. The location is unbeatable, close to the Strip and surrounded by great restaurants. We enjoyed our time so much, we're already planning our return.

Great Apartment!

My husband and I moved from the East Coast to Las Vegas for a temporary work assignment. Moving across the country is stressful but finding this apartment made things so much easier for us! Landlords Kevin and Chis were excellent to work with prior to move in and provided clear details and instructions. During our stay they were easy to reach and answered any questions or concerns we had. The apartment itself was the perfect size for us and our kitty and provided everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with all utensils and appliances, bath and bedrooms had towels, sheets, and pillows. The apartment is spacious, clean, and well maintained overall. The one thing that could help make this place even better is an updated vacuum. There are two in the apartment, but unfortunately neither work great on the carpet. On rare occasion we heard the next door neighbors but they were kind to us and quiet for the most part. The location of this unit in Spring Valley is really convenient to anywhere in town and to the strip. Although there are some homeless people around the area, we felt very safe in the complex. I would often take walks around the complex in the evening and always felt safe as a woman. We will miss living here and I would highly recommend this apartment and Landlord team. AMAZING! 10/10

Love love love this property! The condo is spacious, has tons of natural light, is close to the entrance of the community as well as the dumpsters, and is pet-friendly! Includes all amenities such as washer and dryer, dishwasher, A/C and heat, and a bonus of not just one but two patios! The complex is gated and has an on-site gym and a pool. Spring Valley is a great part of town to be in. The landlords and rental manager are friendly and very helpful. I can't recommend this property enough!
