Lana's place is very comfortable, well-appointed and -equipped, and conveniently located within walking distance of Cherry Creek Village and its attractions. Kitchen appliances, bathroom and laundry are all well-maintained; there is ample storage space in the dressing room and entrance closet; the bed is snug with season-appropriate coverings; the crisp white dining room table accommodates up to six; and there is a pleasant balcony to the side for al fresco dining under the trees. Lana is accessible but never intrusive, responding promptly and communicating clearly. We have no hesitation in recommending this lovely listing, and would be happy to stay there again.

Great apartment and even better host!

We had a pleasant stay at Lanas apartment while visiting Denver. Her professional, yet personable approach to working with us throughout the process was commendable and much appreciated - made our stay very comfortable. Through good communication early on in the process, she made us feel very comfortable in our decision to rent her place. The apartment is located in a very convenient and safe neighbourhood - close proximity to restaurants, grocery stores, hospitals, etc. The interiors of the apartment are simple and well thought out - we definitely felt at home. I would recommend Lana and her property to anyone looking for a home away from home.
